We have been experiencing lots of snow flurries the last week or so. On Friday we had a good bout of them for about two hours. The children were bundled up to have recess already, so I supplied them with magnifying glasses and black paper to catch the flakes on. Each little flake is unique and beautiful. Just like my kids.
For a neat book about snowflake science read, "Snowflake Bentley". He did exactly what the kids are doing in the pictures above and then captured them on film. How wonderful our God is to put such detail into something so small and easy to overlook. Each little flake bringing Him glory with its testimony to God's care for the smallest details of creation.

yay thats the kind of homeschooling we like! Um except for the freezing and snowing stuff. It's been terribly cold here too except no 1 here has anything to be prepared for it.
