Nine!!!!!

Happy Ninth Birthday Jeremiah Daniel!!

Words couldn't tell how much we love you.

"Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things that you do not know."
Jeremiah 33:3
(Jeremiah's favorite verse)
Jeremiah enjoyed a week of Birthday. My parents took him and Nate to Gettysburg again this year for a birthday trip. They had a yummy breakfast out and got to see many of the things on the battlefield that they didn't last year. This year they concentrated on day one of the battle. My boys just eat this up. They love American History. That was Tuesday.
Thursday evening, which was Jerem's actual birthday we took the family, and my niece to Chuck E. Cheese to use a gift card we had and celebrate my little weeping prophet's ninth birthday.
Friday afternoon Joel's parents came for a visit and dinner and cake and ice cream. Along with mom-mom and pop-pop's visit Jeremiah was blessed with a few new "tech-deck" skateboards to play with and a neat nerf sword. Joel and I bought him a new bike, which was more of a necessity since he outgrew and destroyed his 18 inch one. Too bad he knows it is a free style bike and he has been doing lots of tricks. He has a few large gashes on his knee, and hyper-extended his elbow in the last two days. I am not surprised at all by this.
Today after church we went to my neighbors' home to celebrate their daughter's eleventh birthday with more cake and icecream! What a fun week of celebrations our family has had.
Thank you God for Jeremiah. It has been a joy watching this little boy grow in so many ways. He is such a servant, eager to help me. He is very tender-hearted with his little brother, Asher. He is working hard in school and learning to read very well. He is excited about playing drums to worship God, like his Pop-pop does. I can't wait to see what God has in store for our little Ya-yah this coming year.
